Backups don’t keep business hours. Neither does Jeff’s — day, night, weekends and holidays.

You get Jeff

Local and family owned. The person who answers the phone is the person who does the work.

Proper machines

RIDGID equipment, sized to the line — from a hand-held gun on a sink trap to a full sectional on a main.

Fair, insured, tidy

Fully insured, honest pricing, and a tarp on the floor before the machine comes in.

What we clear

Every drain in the building

A full-service sewer and drain cleaner — mains, sinks, tubs, floor drains and laundry lines. If water is meant to go down it, we’ll get it going down it.

Main Sewer Line Cleaning — Main lines

Main Sewer Line Cleaning

The big one — the line that carries everything out of the house. When it blocks, every drain in the building backs up at once. Cabled out with a full-size sectional machine that will cut roots, grease and scale.

Clogged Sewer & Drain Clearing — Clogged sewers

Clogged Sewer & Drain Clearing

Roots are the number one killer of an older Michigan sewer line. A proper cutting head takes the line back to full bore instead of poking a hole through the middle of the blockage and calling it done.

What to look for
Sink Drain Cleaning — Sink drains

Sink Drain Cleaning

Kitchen and bathroom sinks. Grease, soap and hair build up on the pipe wall until the opening is the width of a pencil. Cleared back to the wall and the trap left tidy behind us.

What to look for
Tub & Shower Drain Cleaning — Tub drains

Tub & Shower Drain Cleaning

Standing in an inch of water while you shower is a hair-and-soap plug in the trap arm, not a mystery. Cleared with the right small-diameter cable so nothing gets scratched or sprung.

What to look for
Basement Floor Drain Cleaning — Floor drains

Basement Floor Drain Cleaning

The basement floor drain is the lowest opening in the building — which is exactly why it is the first thing to overflow. Cleared before it puts water across your floor, not after.

What to look for
Laundry Drain Cleaning — Laundry drains

Laundry Drain Cleaning

A washer dumps a lot of water in a very short time, so a laundry standpipe that is even half blocked will overflow onto the floor. Cleared so the line can take a full discharge again.

Why it keeps coming back

Roots don’t care how new your house is

That is what came out of one Jackson line. Fine roots find a hairline crack or a loose joint, then grow into a mat that catches everything the house sends down it.

Punching a hole through the middle of that gets you a week or two. Cutting it back to the pipe wall is what buys you years — which is why the right machine and the right cutting head matter more than how fast someone can get down your stairs.

And note the blue tarp. It goes down before the machine comes in, every time.

My family and I ran into a plumbing emergency and needed help. Jeff was extremely kind and understanding of our situation and made it a point to come right away! Within minutes he was able to tell me that my pipes were broken and started brainstorming repair. He answered all questions I had and is amazing at communicating! I highly recommend Jeff, he is very honest and down to earth! He really goes the extra mile :)

Basement flooded on Friday during a holiday weekend. Jeff called me back, came over to diagnose and fix the problem the same day. Fair price, great work, and fast, friendly service. Will use this company again in the future and would definitely recommend to others.

Jeff's been my go to guy for clearing my main line/ sewer! He's always done a better job then when I called bigger companies, great customer service, pricing, and He's local! As long as he's in business, I'll be one of his customers!

The kit

The best & latest in RIDGID tools

Jeff’s runs RIDGID machines, and picks the one that suits the pipe rather than forcing one machine onto every job.

K-1500

The heavy sectional machine for main lines and sewer laterals. Jeff's site puts it plainly: it “can cut through almost any obstruction.”

K-400

Drum machine for tubs, floor drains and laundry lines — enough cable for a long run without being brutal on the pipe.

K-45

Hand-held gun for sinks and small traps, where a full-size machine would be the wrong tool entirely.

Straight answers

Common questions

Do you really answer at 2am?

Yes. Jeff's runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and the same number reaches him day or night. You can call it or text it.

Do you pump septic tanks?

No. Jeff's cleans sewer and drain lines only — septic pumping is a different trade and a different truck. If that turns out to be what you need, you will be told straight away.

What does it cost?

It depends on the line and what is in it, so you get a real number for your job rather than a menu price. Call or text and describe what is happening; estimates are free, and seniors and veterans take 10% off.

Are you insured?

Yes — fully insured.

Which drains do you clear?

Main sewer lines, sink drains, tub and shower drains, basement floor drains and laundry drains. A full-service sewer and drain cleaner.

How far do you travel?
