This page explains what happens to the information you send us through this website. It is short because we collect very little.
What we collect
If you fill in the estimate form, we receive the name, phone number, email address, town, drain type and description you typed into it. Nothing else is collected from that form, and none of the fields except your name and phone number are required.
We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It is privacy-first: it sets no cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not track anyone across other websites.
What we use it for
Exactly one thing — getting back to you about the job you asked about. We use your phone number or email to reply, quote the work and arrange a visit.
What we don’t do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your details to anybody.
- We do not add you to a marketing list or send newsletters.
- We do not use your details for advertising or share them with advertisers.
Who else sees it
The estimate form is processed and delivered by the company that builds and hosts this website, acting on our behalf, so that your enquiry reaches us by email. They do not use your details for anything else. Beyond that provider and Jeff’s Sewer & Drain Cleaning, nobody sees what you send.
Please note: this site is currently a preview build. While it is in preview, enquiries sent through the form are received by the web design company that produced it rather than by Jeff’s Sewer & Drain Cleaning. If you need drain work, call or text (517) 917-0503 instead.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept only as long as they are useful for serving you — typically the job and any follow-up work. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Your choices
